Luke 15
SCRIPTURE
Jesus said, "Heaven will be happier over one lost sinner who returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven't strayed away!"
Luke 15 talks about three lostness: the lost sheep, the lost coin and the lost son. There is great rejoicing over the lost sheep, the lost coing and the lost son that was found.
Do you remember a time when you were a "lost sheep"? How did Jesus help you find your way home?
Who are the "lost sheep" in your life - people who yet need to have an encounter with Christ?
List the people God lays on your heart in each of the following areas, and pray for them, asking God to help you share his love with them in the next few weeks.

- Family members (immediate or extended)

- Acquaintances (neighbours, football friends, school, and so forth)
- Work colleagues
- People you meet just for fun (gym, hobbies, hangouts)
God wants evangelism to well up from within us because our hearts are taking on the character of Jesus.
I went to the Lord's Clinic to have my check-up and I confirmed I was ill......
When Jesus took my blood pressure, He saw I was low in tenderness.
He ran an electrocardiogram and found that I needed several "love by-passes" since my arteries were blocked and could not provide for an empty heart.
I went to orthopaedics, because I could not walk by my brother's side and I could not hug my friends, since I had fractured myself when tripping with envy.
He also found I was short-sighted, since I could not see beyond the needs of my brothers and sisters.
When I complained about deafness, the diagnostic was that I had stopped listening to Jesus' voice talking to me on a daily basis.
Jesus knows exactly how you feel in the circumstances.....the "lost sheep". He will help you find your way home. He will give you.....
For every storm, a rainbow.
For every tear, a smile.
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share.
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
