Jesus isn't saying that young people are more important than old people, or the other way round. He's talking about how we treat each other - that when we're kind and loving, or unkind and hurtful to someone, it's as though we're behaving like that to Jesus.

WRITE down the name of:

• a close friend
• someone you don't get on with
• someone you think is less important than you are
• someone you think is treated better than you are

We're all equally important to Jesus too, so we should try to treat everyone - even people who don't seem to be on Jesus' side - the same.
