God's Acceptance

Posted by Ps. Jenny | | Posted On Friday, July 30, 2010 at 12:12 PM

Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow (Isaiah 1:18). Soak up the full reality of God's grace handed to you through Jesus Christ - absorb it all! Two major causes of depression are a loss of confidence in ourselves and a loss of respect for ourselves. The answer is found in the beautiful message of Jesus Christ: I accept you and love you as you are, and when you take My love and acceptance, My worth and power will become your worth and power.

Come this Saturday for Ignyte and found out more about God's unconditional love and on Sunday I am going to preach about God's grace!

Activate Faith

Posted by Ps. Jenny | | Posted On Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 11:59 AM

When Peter stepped out onto the water, he activated what he believed. Faith is not theory. Faith is action! You have to step out for God to step in. You have to move first so that God can move next. Jesus grabbed a hold of Peter when he started to sink. God will uphold anyone who steps out in faith and prove His faithfulness, even when you slip!

Give Thanks

Posted by Ps. Jenny | | Posted On Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 2:09 PM

Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks . . . (John 6:11). Christ taught us such a simple act - that of giving thanks to God before we would eat our daily bread. But it is being neglected many times today. Sometimes we eat in such a hurry that we forget to stop and thank God for our daily food provisions. He is the One who gives us the strength and wisdom to work and the power to gain wealth (Deuteronomy 8:17-18). He even sends the rain and sun to make things grow. Thank your Heavenly Father for His providence.

No Compromise

A life of no compromise is based on making the right decision at the right time. It is not allowing yourself to be taken off course until your objective is met. This is why it is important to allow the Holy Spirit to govern us in a way that will keep us focused. He serves the purpose of seeing that the mandate of God will be carried out in this world.

Trusting God

Posted by Ps. Jenny | | Posted On Friday, July 23, 2010 at 12:10 PM

Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him (Job 13:15). How can our Lord teach us to trust Him unless He removes us from our comfort zones? Remember this: When you have nothing left but God, then for the first time you will learn that God is enough! Express your trust to Him and declare it to others. He will give courage and reward you with the blessings promised to those who have learned to trust Him in the dark.

I will be preaching on Ezekiel 47 this Sunday and I am very excited at what the Lord has to say to us about going deeper in our spiritual life - Getting It Over Our Head!

Fulfilling Your Destiny

Posted by Ps. Jenny | | Posted On Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 12:01 PM

The happiest people in the world are those who are living out their dreams. More men and women fail through lack of purpose than lack of talent. For when David had served God's purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep (Acts 13:36). What makes you cry? What thrills your heart? What gives you energy? What condition makes you say: I cannot rest; I will not rest until this condition is changed. We have only one life, one opportunity, one chance, so don't waste it.
